Pro Bono Representation
The Firm is committed to devoting a portion of its practice to the pro bono representation of clients in compelling cases. For instance, the Firm recently successfully represented an unmarried man who was denied access to visitation with his child by a government-subsidized housing complex. Additionally, the Firm successfully assisted a retiree whose savings were squandered due to risky investments by her financial advisor. Finally, the Firm will, from time to time, provide pro bono representation in criminal defense matters, including the defense of clients accused of both misdemeanors and felonies in both Virginia state and federal courts.
