Firm History

Mark J. Krudys established the firm in 1999 after working in both the private sector, as a partner in a large private law firm, and in the public sector, where he served in the Enforcement Division of the Securities Exchange Commission, worked as a Special Assistant U. S. Attorney (Southern District of Florida), and acted as a Judge Advocate in the United States Marine Corps. Mark J. Krudys, PLC, was founded on the personal and professional belief that clients and the profession are best served when the provision of legal services is concentrated and thorough, with the primary goal of providing high quality legal services to a limited number of clients, giving personal attention to each client.
