Ms. DiGrazia began her paralegal career at the Krudys law firm, having discovered how legal work supported her passions for writing, research, and analytical argument after a brief stint in the insurance field. A graduate with distinction of the University of Virginia, Ms.
DiGrazia majored in Spanish. She has subsequently returned to school at the University of Richmond's School of Continuing Studies, where she earned a Certificate in Applied Studies in Paralegal/Legal Assistant coursework in August 2008. Ms. DiGrazia is a Certified Legal Assistant/ Certified Paralegal (CLA/CP) by the National Association of Legal Assistants' (NALA's) which serves as a national professional standard for proficient paralegals.
As an enthusiastic member of the firm for over two years, Ms. DiGrazia assists Mr. Krudys in such varied areas as legal and securities research; pleadings writing and editing; interviewing clients and witnesses; conducting fact research; reviewing subpoenaed documents; suggesting deposition questions and summarizing depositions; preparing for trials, mediations, arbitrations and settlement meetings; and more. Ms. DiGrazia especially enjoys working directly with clients, helping to ensure that clients are informed as to the progress of their cases at all times, and are knowledgeable and comfortable with the legal process. Her fluency in Spanish enables the firm to offer services to Spanish-speaking clients.
In her spare time, Ms. DiGrazia enjoys reading, singing, watching legal dramas such as Law and Order, NCIS, and CSI, volunteering, hiking, going to museums and parks, and having dinner with friends.
