The common thread in many of these matters is complexity.  We essentially work to make the complex simple, or at least understandable.  Our cases generally  involve representing individuals and small firms against large, well- resourced companies, brokerage firms, and insurance companies. When we represent clients on an hourly basis, we strive to pursue matters efficiently, without the billing redundancies associated with large-firm, multi-lawyer representation.
